Natasha Mumba is the Creative Director of SASCA. With over 18 years of experience in the music industry, she brings real creative insight and industry understanding to the academy. She holds an MSc in Business Innovation & Creative Entrepreneurship and a BA in Music, Media and Event Management, grounding SASCA in modern, industry‑aligned practice.
Alongside her creative background, Natasha has worked extensively in business support, administration and executive PA roles, shaping SASCA’s strong organisational standards and premium parent experience.
Her experience in children’s social care, education and SEN informs SASCA’s inclusive, safe and child‑centred approach, ensuring every young person feels supported to grow and express themselves.

Misha Maseka is also one of class tutors specialising in musical theatre, acting and dancing.

Performing Arts Coaches
Misha
Starting her career in opera and theatre performing across Canada, the United States and Germany (Calgary Philharmonic, Theatre Calgary, Square One Media, Lyric Studio Weimar, Arts Commons, Banff Centre) is evident in her use of spectacle in her study of he mundane, heritage and memory. This made notable in her celebrated short film and EP “Not That Deep” - winner of two Berlin Short Film Festival awards. Misha also works in spatial sound and design as a composer and music director. She holds a masters from the Royal College of Art focussing on immersive technology and the African music archive. When not performing or directing, she produces musical theatre cabarets feature emerging Black talent with her production collective, Village Girls.
Mary
Mary will be joining SASCA Academy as a Performing Arts Coach (PAC), bringing a strong mix of teaching and performance experience with children. They have taught drama and LAMDA to young people, led singing and drama sessions, and supported learning in education settings (including SEN support), with safeguarding embedded throughout their work. Mary will bring a warm, structured approach to sessions, helping students grow in confidence, communication, and performance skills while keeping every class safe, inclusive, and well-supported.
Benjamin
Benjamin is a performer and coach with professional training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). With experience across stage and screen, they bring a disciplined, supportive approach to helping students develop acting technique, voice, and performance confidence. Benjamin’s work is grounded in strong storytelling, clear communication, and a commitment to helping young performers grow in a safe, encouraging environment.
